F.A.Q. ENGLISH VERSION

I play in a band. May I send you my demo? Where?

Click on "demos" link

Did you listen to my cd? Do you like it?

We listen to every cd/demo very carefully. Often, there are many good works among your cds but it would be impossible to produce everything that we like! If we have the possibility to collaborate with you, we won't miss the chance and we contact you.

Can you download a mp3 from my web site?

Sure we can! But sometimes it is impossible for different causes (temporary slow internet conncetion, few time to dedicate to downloading etc...etc...). If you surely want your music to be listened, you'd better send a cd to our snail mail that you can request in the demos page.

Are you in touch with any Major label?

No, we are not. Panc Records is an independent label.

What do I have to do to join a Panc Records compilation with my band?

Send the track or the cd that you want to be listened. That's all. There are no particular ways to have a track in our compilations. Usually we consider a mix between our personal tastes and the compilation's concept. If we are planning a compilation you will see it directly on our web site.

I am writing for a fanzine/webzine/magazine and I'd like to write about your bands. May I ask to you or to the bands?

Ask to us or to the band

I did not find your cds in my favourite records store. Is it possible to receive them in another way?

You can write us an e-mail and give us the contact of the records store and we'll provide to contact the shop. Quicker way: you request the cd that you need to us and we send it to you. Click on the link contacts to find our e-mails. Don't forget to ask in your e-mail for payment methods.

What kind of music does Panc Records produce? Which genres?

We don't want to get involved in only one musical genre so we always recommend to send us your cd even if you think that it may not interest us. We are used to listen to many different things so...who knows? If you are sure and proud of your music, I strongly recommend you to send it to us! Usually Panc Records prefers a band who has already published a cd, a 7".

How does it work for the co-productions?

There is not any rule about it. Obviously Panc Records can't co-produce everything. Any of your proposals will be seriously considered.
